Comment proc\u00e9der pour y parvenir ? Quelles sont les retomb\u00e9es pour la performance de l\u2019entreprise ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-rse-une-approche-globale-en-entreprise\">La RSE, une approche globale en entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019engager dans une d\u00e9marche RSE en tant qu\u2019entreprise demande un investissement cons\u00e9quent. Il s\u2019agit de trouver une coh\u00e9rence entre les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise, son discours, ses id\u00e9es\u2026 Et surtout, les actions qu\u2019elle souhaite mettre en place dans cette d\u00e9marche. Cela demande du temps, pour tout mettre en place, pr\u00e9parer le terrain\u2026 Si pour certains, se tourner vers la RSE est une d\u00e9pense, il s\u2019agirait plut\u00f4t d\u2019un bel investissement d\u2019un point de vue financier. Le retour sur investissement est en effet tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l\u2019aspect financier, une entreprise qui s\u2019implique dans la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie RSE est aussi bien vue par les clients. En effet, les questions li\u00e9es au bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 la nature et \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche de transparence sont des sujets sensibles pour la majorit\u00e9 de ceux qui consomment. Lorsque deux entreprises proposent un bien ou un service \u00e9quivalent, la balance penchera davantage vers celle qui est impliqu\u00e9e dans ces combats. S\u2019identifier aux valeurs d\u2019une entreprise fait la diff\u00e9rence dans le choix d\u2019un client.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que la d\u00e9marche RSE est mise en place, le travail n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9 pour autant. En effet, elle d\u00e9finit une politique transversale qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience de l\u2019entreprise dans des domaines vari\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cercle-vertueux-et-actions-de-mecenat\">Cercle vertueux et actions de m\u00e9c\u00e9nat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019impliquer en RSE d\u00e9montre la sensibilit\u00e9 du dirigeant et son implication en faveur d\u2019un mod\u00e8le vertueux et p\u00e9renne. Les entreprises sensibles \u00e0 ces enjeux font donc leur maximum pour changer les choses, proposer des solutions concr\u00e8tes\u2026 \u00catre un mod\u00e8le inspirant pour les autres chefs d\u2019entreprise qui souhaiteraient franchir \u00e9galement le cap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sujet vous touche particuli\u00e8rement, et vous avez envie de vous impliquer dans ce combat au nom de votre entreprise ? Pourquoi ne pas vous tourner vers le m\u00e9c\u00e9nat ?
